Lately, I&#8217;ve noticed several vacant cop cars parked on traffic island and off the side of the road to scare us into checking our odometers.  But the best solution that I&#8217;ve learned about is Denmark&#8217;s use of <a href="http://www.speedbandits.dk/">topless women holding speed limits signs</a>.  Gotta love those, Danes!  You certainly won&#8217;t find this effective technique here in the States.  We&#8217;re trying to prevent accidents, not cause them.  <img src='http://rdesgr.com/WhatsAllThisThen/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_biggrin.gif' alt=':D' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
