8 Hours of Sleep In 3 Hours

Imagine that your nightcap is actually something to place on your head to help you sleep. As you rest, this cap massages your brain with magnetic pulses which causes your gray matter to immediately go into the deepest, most restful part of sleep that we need to maintain our health.

Right now, this little goodie is being tested in sleep laboratories at this very moment. If it works, it will be a short trip to the market place where this could rival sleeping pills in sales. Of course, I have no doubt that it will come complete with adversary warning labels: such as “not intended to replace actual sleep”, “do not operate heavy machine while using this product”, and “do not use in the shower”. As long as a side effect isn’t diarrhea, we’ll be good to go, well, you know what I mean.

  • Oh, this sounds exciting to me! Especially if there is no diarrhea or other side effects - like killing brain cells :)

hello Heather! Have you ever heard about the theory that drinking alcohol can make you smarter? This is based on the idea that the strong have a greater chance of survival. So while drinking, theoretically you are killing off weaker brain cells which leave the stronger ones in greater and greater numbers. Maybe we can sleep ourselves into genius status! Anyway, excuse me while I take this sip of wine … what was my name again?

wow. i need this. i really love to sleep, but i feel sleep is such a waste of time. (i’m like contradicting myself here). but i need that nightcap! my sister and i always say that we want a pill for sleeping, ie when you take it, you’d feel that you’ve already slept. and we want one for bathing. cos even though we have a couple of showers a day, it’s so troublesome! HAAHHA! well, thanks for the article. it’s nice to know that some scientist out there is going to save my day one day.

    Hello Gilda!

I think that someone tried to develop a pill for bathing. But it was difficult to get the pill to lathe up decently on the wash rag.

Have you given any thought to sleep in the bathtub tub? That way you can awake refresh and already bathed for the day. Sure, you might have that slightly wrinkled water-logged look, but think of the money you’ll save from not having to buy any moisture lotion.

Anyway, thanks for your cool comment and for visiting!

I totally need this. Insomnia sucks.

  • sprezzaturon says:

Hello Cass! Lately I’ve been having the opposite problem — I’m so tired that I’ve been falling asleep with my clothes still on. Perhaps I should start wearing clothes made out of blankets.

Anyway, I hope they have this device released to the public before you lose too much sleep. In the meantime, please say that you’re not visiting my blogs as a cure for your insomnia ….
